One of our staff’s Core Commitments is to constantly raise the bar. Because we value that so highly, we put a lot of emphasis on evaluating everything. This form is used by our teams following a program or special event. Each evaluation is to be completed by at least 2-3 people who were involved in the planning and execution of the event, ideally at various stages in the process. The evaluations are then submitted to the Team Leader (department head) and Executive Pastor for review.
